Who we are
Patrizio and Claudio begin their professional partnership in 1990, giving birth to Albatros, a Catering and Restaurant business, strongly rooted in the territory.
In 2010, in addition to the Catering Service, Patrizio e Claudio opened Podere Pendolino, a charming B&B in Monte San Savino: the reception of numerous Italian and foreign guests is entrusted by Rosanna, the wife of Patrizio, named by friends Rosy. Rosy take care of all wedding decorations, as the perfect wedding planner she's. The farmhouse has started a restaurant , actually one of the most famous in Valdichiana, thanks to its reinterpreted Tuscan cuisine. Territoriality, seasonality, creativity of the cuisine are the cornerstones of the kitchen. Each service is carried out with the utmost attention to customer needs. Celiacs and people with any kind of allergy are welcome to Podere Pendolino and can enjoy a rich and healthy menu.
